During most of 2017 I interned as a Junior Design on the game Blast Out which was released on Steam in early access.
- Game design: create new systems and abilities to facilitate a cool pvp action game
- System design: create new ways to more easily balance the game in a live enviroment
- Balancing design: finetuning and changing abilites, gear and heros withing the game in a live enviroment
This internship period helped me get my footing into the industry and was technically my second game launch.
Unfortunately there was no budget to hire me led me to seek new avenues shortly before the game was discontinued.
